Meet The Chef
My career in gastronomy began at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where I graduated with honors at the top of my class. I had the privilege of expanding my knowledge and experience by apprenticeship at the famous Maxines in Paris, France, and working as an Executive Sous Chef for Chef Jean Louis Todishini of L’Auberge-de-France in New Jersey and the world renowned Le Cirque in New York City. I later traveled to Los Angeles to work for Merv Griffin’s Beverly Hills Hilton where I had the pleasure of cooking for the “Stars”. Upon my return to New Jersey I became a chef-owner opening several eateries, the latest being Martini Grill in Wood Ridge. My vast experience and knowledge in gourmet cooking has now confidently expanded to the air in Gourmet Inflight.
